United Nations Chef de Cabinet Visits Nigeria

Mr Earle Courtenay Rattray, the Chef de Cabinet to the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, represented the Secretary-General at the inauguration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the 16th President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 29 May 2023. On 30 May, Mr Rattray visited some life-changing project sites of UNICEF and WHO in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). He reflects on his visit to Nigeria.
